3410881 – Error VK045 when adding custom condtion to purchasing info record

Symptom

When adding custom condition in Purchasing info record error below happens.

‘Condition type ZXXX is not in procedure A M AXX001’

Message no. VK045

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Cause

Condition type ZXXX is assigned to pricing procedure AXX001.

Resolution

Please assign priding procedure ZXXXX to condition type ZXXX in SSCUI 101094 – Set pricing condition types – purchasing basing on business process.
